In 2016, it established Anhui Xinheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd, which is dedicated to research and development of high-end wet process diaphragm products and production services, and acquired a Korean company named PCT in 2017, becoming the owner of graphene modified high-capacity carbon technology. In the same year, the electrolytic solvent production line was built by Hi-tech Spring Chemical Co., Ltd. Physical properties and electronic chemistry evaluation facilities are used to evaluate raw materials/sub-materials/processes/products, etc.. A computerized system is used to manage overall process of process quality control (SPC) and product history. And the product obtained the quality and environmental management system (ISO9001/14001) certification and risk assessment certification. The process capability (CpK) evaluation on production lot quality deviation is carried out to ensure obtaining high quality raw materials in the world. For this purpose, periodically check and correct equipment and pass reliability checks of relevant departments and enterprises.
